目的探讨用中西医结合的方法治疗非淋病性宫颈炎(non gonococcalcervicitis,NGC) ,以提高长期使用抗生素治疗不愈患者的疗效。方法5 0例NGC患者采用中药清原汤合抗生素治疗,并与仅用抗生素治疗的4 6例患者作对照观察。结果治疗组愈显率(痊愈+显效)为90 .0 % (45 / 5 0 ) ,对照组为6 5 . 2 %(30 / 4 6 ) ,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2 =9 .58,P <0 . 0 1) ,治疗组2周内症状消失率为88 .1% ,对照组为4 1 .4 % ,两组比较差异亦有显著性(χ2 =12 . 4 3,P <0. 0 1)。结论敏感抗生素配合中药清原汤治疗非淋病性宫颈炎明显优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To explore the treatment of non-gonococcalcervicitis (NGC) with traditional Chinese and western medicine in order to improve the curative effect of long-term use of antibiotics in patients with unhealed. Methods Fifty NGC patients were treated with Qingyuan decoction combined with antibiotics and compared with 46 patients treated with antibiotics only. Results The cure rate (cure + effective) was 90.0% (45/50) in the treatment group and 65.2% (30/46) in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 9. 58, P <0.01). The symptom disappearance rate in the treatment group was 88.1% within 2 weeks and 41.4% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 12.43, P <0. 0 1). Conclusions Sensitive antibiotics combined with Qingyuan Decoction in the treatment of non-gonorrhea cervicitis is superior to western medicine alone.
