我国传统中考制度严重制约素质教育在中小学的深入实施,影响立德树人。针对此问题,潍坊市对传统中考制度进行了系统改革,关键内容包括多次考试、等级表达,综合评价、组合录取,学校自主、社会监督。其政策突破点为:促进课程方案全面落实,提高学生综合素质;减轻学生考试压力,促进学生快乐健康成长;架起学生成长立交桥,培养健全人格和特长。考试招生制度改革是立德树人的政策创新,关键是做好政策设计,核心是综合素质评价,抓手是学校自主招生。
China's traditional senior high school entrance examination system seriously restricts the quality of education in-depth implementation of primary and secondary schools, affecting Lideshu people. In response to this problem, Weifang City, the traditional system of senior high school entrance examination system reform, the key elements include multiple exams, grade expression, comprehensive evaluation, portfolio admission, school autonomy, social supervision.
