香草基荧光酮即4’-羟基-3’-甲氧基苯基荧光酮(简称VF)是苯基荧光酮类显色剂中的一种新的高灵敏光度试剂,曾用于钛、锡、锗等高价金属的测定,但尚未见有测定铍的报道。本文详细研究了在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶存在下,铍与VF的络合显色反应。在本文所拟定的条件下,络合物的最大吸收波长在552nm处,表观摩尔吸光率为1.2×10~5。铍0~2.0μg/25ml符合比耳定律,在掩蔽剂EDTA-Ca盐存在下,方法选择性良好,可不经分离,直接测定地下水中痕量铍。一主要试剂与仪器铍(Ⅱ)标准溶液:称取0.1388g氧化铍,用10ml浓硫酸加热溶解,冷却,用水定容至250ml量
Vanillin-based fluorone, 4’-hydroxy-3’-methoxyphenylfluorone (VF), is a new highly sensitive photometric reagent in phenylfluorone developer. It has been used in titanium, tin , Germanium and other high-priced metal determination, but no reported determination of beryllium. In this paper, the complex color reaction of beryllium with VF was studied in detail in the presence of cationic surfactant cetyl pyridinium bromide. Under the conditions proposed in this paper, the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex at 552nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of 1.2 × 10 ~ 5. Beryllium 0 ~ 2.0μg / 25ml Beer’s law in line with the law, in the presence of masking agent EDTA-Ca, the method has good selectivity, without separation, direct determination of trace beryllium in groundwater. A main reagent and instrument beryllium (Ⅱ) standard solution: Weigh 0.1388g beryllium oxide, dissolved with 10ml concentrated sulfuric acid heating, cooling, the volume of water to 250ml volume
