促肝细胞生长因子(Hepatocyte Growth Factor HGF)是从健康乳牛或猪肝脏中提取的多肽类物质,具有促进肝细胞生长的生理活性。临床主要将其用于肝病的治疗。本研究考察HGF对原代培养大鼠肝细胞的作用。现报告如下: 1、实验材料 Wistar大鼠,雄性,体重170±10g。Ⅳ型胶原酶;RPMI1640培养基;MTT;D-GalN;其它均为分析纯试剂。HGF为医院制剂。∑960型酶标仪;紫外可见分光光度计。
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a polypeptide extracted from healthy cow or pig liver and has the physiological activity of promoting hepatocyte growth. Mainly used in the clinical treatment of liver disease. This study investigated the effect of HGF on primary cultured rat hepatocytes. Now report as follows: 1, experimental material Wistar rats, male, weighing 170 ± 10g. Type IV collagenase; RPMI1640 medium; MTT; D-GalN; other are analytical reagents. HGF is a hospital preparation. Σ960 microplate reader; UV-visible spectrophotometer.
