病历摘要患者,女,22岁,住院号151936。因头昏、头痛12年,脾切除、血小板增多1年半,于1985年1月13日入院。1973年无明显诱因出现头昏、头痛,在上海市儿童医院检查,发现贫血,治疗后可坚持上学。1978年头昏、头痛加重,休学,在闸北区中心医院拟诊“血红蛋白异常性贫血”。用维生素 B_(12)、铁剂治疗,未见好转,并逐渐出现乏力、心悸。当时血红蛋白40～80g/L。1982年10月入某医科大学附属医院治疗,多次查血红蛋白30～70g/L,网织红细胞(0.046～
