经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变,是我国国民经济具有全局意义的两个“根本性转变”之一,实现这一转变的关键在于提高国民经济整体运行效率。财政作为国民经济的综合反映和宏观经济调控的重要手段,如何充分发挥应有的职能作用,促进经济增长方式的根本性转变,并在经济增长方式转变的基础上实现财政自身的振兴和发展,是我们面临的紧迫任务。本文结合江西省情况对此进行一些探讨。
