甘肃地矿局测绘队张(羽中)当前地勘单位思想政治工作的主要特点是:①格局明确,制度不完善;②组织健全,方法不对路;③任务明确,环境不协调。而要解决这些问题,必须从增强以下几个方面狠下功夫;①思想工作的诱导力;②政策导向的驱动力;③企业精神的向心力;④经营目标的号召力;⑤先进典型的牵引力;⑥规章制度的约束力;⑦主人翁地位的自动力;⑧奖励手段的刺激力;⑨各项工作的渗透力;⑩领导干部的示范力。
The main features of the current ideological and political work of the Geological Survey Bureau of Gansu Geological and Mineral Bureau Zhang (Yu Zhong) are as follows: (1) The structure is clear and the system is imperfect; (2) The organization is sound and the method is not correct; (3) The task is clear and the environment is not coordinated.
