以金属卟啉为催化剂,在氢氧化钠甲醇溶液中滴加过氧化氢,进行萘酚的氧化反应,制得2羟基1 ,4萘醌( H N Q) ,产物选择性达到95 % ,产率57 % . 利用分光光度法对2羟基1 ,4萘醌进行了定量分析. 探讨了温度,催化剂种类和用量,反应溶剂,过氧化氢和氢氧化钠用量等因素对催化反应的影响. 结果表明,具有斥电子基团的金属卟啉催化活性最高;碱性环境和低温有利于得到目标产物.
With metal porphyrin as catalyst, hydrogen peroxide was added dropwise to a solution of sodium hydroxide in methanol to carry out the oxidation of naphthol to obtain 2-hydroxy-1, 4-naphthoquinone (HNQ), the product selectivity reached 95 %, Yield 57%. Using spectrophotometry 2 hydroxy 1, 4 naphthoquinone quantitative analysis. The effects of temperature, catalyst type and amount, reaction solvent, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide dosage on the catalytic reaction were discussed. The results showed that the metalloporphyrins with electron-repulsion groups showed the highest catalytic activity. The alkaline environment and low temperature were favorable for obtaining the target product.
