目的:了解开角型青光眼视神经的血液供应情况。方法:将被检测者分为开角型青光眼组和正常对照组,利用彩色超声多普勒,检测眼动脉(OA)、睫状动脉(PCA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)三支血管的收缩末期血流速度(Vmax)、舒张末期血流速度(Vmin)、平均血流速度(Vmean)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)。结果:开角型青光眼与正常对照组OA的Vmax、PCA的Vmean无显著差异(P>0.05)外,余各支血管的各项血流动力学指标差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:彩色超声多普勒对了解开角型青光眼视神经血液供应有价值;开角型青光眼的视神经有缺血因素存在。
Objective: To understand the blood supply of optic nerve in open-angle glaucoma. Methods: The subjects were divided into open-angle glaucoma group and normal control group. Contrast-enhanced color Doppler (Doppler) was used to detect the contractions of the three vessels of ocular artery (OA), ciliary artery (PCA) and central retinal artery Vmax, Vmin, Vmean, RI and PI. Results: There was no significant difference in Vmax between PCOS and open angle glaucoma (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in the hemodynamics between the two groups (P <0.05). 01). CONCLUSION: Color Doppler ultrasound is valuable in understanding the optic nerve blood supply of open-angle glaucoma. There are ischemic factors in the optic nerve of open-angle glaucoma.
