随着互联网信息技术的快速发展,催生了一些网络交易平台的出现,改变了以往人们只能通过实体店铺才能消费的习惯,人们可以通过网络顺利完成交易。网络交易平台为消费者提供了快捷方便的消费途径,节省了消费者时间。在网络交易为人们带来便利的同时,也存在一些问题损害了消费者利益。比如消费者个人信息的保护问题,网络交易损害消费者人身权益问题等。加强网络交易中消费者权益保护法律问题研究,规范网络交易行为,对保护消费者权益具有重要意义。本文将对网络交易活动中存在的问题加以分析,针对问题提出具体解决措施,以规制网络交易活动,促进网络交易活动安全稳定,切实维护消费者利益。
With the rapid development of Internet information technology, the emergence of some online trading platforms has changed the habit that people can only consume through physical stores in the past, and people can complete the transaction smoothly through the Internet.
