对压气机级间封严篦齿进行了流场数值模拟。基于文献实验数据,进行了湍流模型的验证。在稳态条件下获得了带有进出口旋转盘腔的篦齿泄漏特性、风阻温升特性和旋流特性,对比了系统特性和篦齿特性。研究了转速(3~12kr/min)和进口旋转比(0~0.4)对级间篦齿密封的流量系数、风阻温升和出口旋转比的影响。结果表明随着转速的增大,流量系数减小,风阻温升和出口旋转比增大;随着进口旋转比的增大,流量系数和风阻温升减小,出口旋转比增大。
The numerical simulation of the flow field of the sealed grate teeth in the compressor stage was carried out. Based on the experimental data of the literature, the turbulence model was validated. Under steady-state conditions, the leakage characteristics of the labyrinth tooth with inlet and outlet rotating disk cavity, temperature rise characteristics and swirl characteristics of the wind resistance were obtained. The system characteristics and the characteristics of the labyrinth teeth were compared. The effects of rotating speed (3 ~ 12kr / min) and inlet rotation ratio (0 ~ 0.4) on the flow coefficient, temperature rise and exit rotation ratio of the cascade seal were studied. The results show that as the speed increases, the flow coefficient decreases and the temperature rise and the outlet rotation ratio increase. With the increase of the inlet rotation ratio, the flow coefficient and the temperature rise of the wind resistance decrease, and the outlet rotation ratio increases.
