目的通过对近4年某厂纯净水检测资料整理分析,了解该厂生产的纯净水的质量,为进一步规范其生产及管理工作提供依据,保障该厂员工的饮水卫生和安全。方法按《瓶(桶)装饮用纯净水卫生标准》(GB17324-2003)规定的项目及方法进行检验,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 2010-2013年共检测样品41份,40份合格,合格率为97.60%,各年度纯净水样品合格率的差异无统计学意义;对感官、pH值、电导率、高锰酸钾消耗量、氯化物、亚硝酸盐、铅、铜、菌落总数、大肠菌群等13个项目进行检测,只有1份样品的菌落总数超标,其他12个检测项目4年来检测结果比较稳定,且检出值远低于标准限值。结论该厂生产的纯净水卫生状况较好,质量较稳定,适合饮用,但也不能忽视微生物污染的问题。
Objective To understand the purity of pure water produced by a factory by sorting out and analyzing the data of pure water testing of a certain factory in recent 4 years and provide basis for further standardizing its production and management so as to ensure the hygiene and safety of its drinking water. Methods According to the items and methods stipulated in “Sanitary Standard for Drinking Bottled Pure Water” (GB17324-2003), the test results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 41 samples were tested from 2010 to 2013, 40 were qualified with a pass rate of 97.60%. There was no significant difference in passing rate of pure water samples in each year. Sensory, pH, conductivity, potassium permanganate consumption , Chloride, nitrite, lead, copper, total number of colonies, coliform bacteria and other 13 items were tested, only one sample of the total number of colonies exceeded the other 12 test items in 4 years the test results are relatively stable, and the detected value Much lower than the standard limit. Conclusion The pure water produced by the plant is in a good sanitary condition with stable quality and suitable for drinking, but it can not neglect the problem of microbial contamination.
