当前编校质量问题突出的原因与出版界正在发生的一些变化有关。首先,出版社的出版专业分工被突破,出版从业人员的知识结构与出版物的内容产生错位,识别出版物内容质量的资质严重缺失。其次,出版社内部编辑人员与校对人员的工作分工被突破,给编校质量带来极大的隐患。最后,编校人员工作量超负荷增加,原来行之有效的编校质量保障制度被突破。对此,建议采取以下三方面措施。第一,调整出版专业分工,由出版单位和出版管理部门共同确定出版范围。第二,优化结构,控制品种数量,提高质量,增进效益。第三,针对突出问题,认真抓好当前几项工作。
The reasons for the current problems with editing quality are related to some of the changes that are taking place in the publishing world. First of all, the publishing professional division of labor in publishing houses has been broken down. The knowledge structure of publishing practitioners and the contents of publications have been dislocated, and the qualification of identifying the quality of publications has been seriously lacking. Second, the division of work between editors and proofreaders within the publishing house has been broken, bringing great hidden dangers to the quality of editing and editing. Finally, the workload of editors overloaded increased, the original editorial and effective quality assurance system was a breakthrough. In this regard, it is recommended to take the following three measures. First, adjust the publishing division of labor by publishing units and publishing management departments to jointly determine the scope of publication. Second, optimize the structure, control the number of varieties, improve quality and enhance efficiency. Third, we should give prominence to the current work in light of outstanding issues.
