上、下级谈话是挪威有效的企业管理方法之一。所谓上下级谈话,就是有计划地、由各阶层领导安排的上下级之间的单独谈话。上下级谈话的目的有二方面:一方面企业设法给职工改善工作环境,满足个人的需求和愿望。另一方面企业期待职工发挥最大的工作潜力。通过上下级谈话,还可以沟通领导与职工的思想、感情,有利于调动职工的积极性。上下级谈话可分为三个主要步骤:一、谈话的准备谈话准备的充分与否直接关系到谈话的成败。因此对准备工作要有足够的重视。双方(指顶头上司与每一职工之间,如科长与科员之间、厂长与科长之间等等)至少要在谈话二个星期前约定谈话的时间,以便于二人都有一定的时间来考虑哪些问题该提出来讨论。另外,一般说来,大部分人在与上司
Upper and lower level conversations are one of Norway’s effective corporate management methods. The so-called superior and subordinate talks are individual talks between the superior and subordinate members who are planned and arranged by leaders of all levels. The purpose of the lower-level conversation is twofold: On the one hand, the company tries to improve the working environment for its employees and meets individual needs and aspirations. On the other hand, companies expect employees to exert their maximum potential for work. Through the superior and the lower level talks, it is also possible to communicate the thoughts and feelings of leaders and employees, and to help mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. There are three main steps to the conversation between the lower and the higher levels: 1. Preparation of the conversation The fullness of the preparation for the conversation is directly related to the success or failure of the conversation. Therefore, we must pay enough attention to the preparation work. Both parties (between the supervisor and the employee, such as the section chief and the staff, the director and the section chief, etc.) must agree at least two weeks before the conversation to facilitate the conversation.
