前列腺增生症(BPH)是泌尿外科的常见病和多发病。随着人口的老龄化,近年报道发病率已高达35%~([1])。其治疗方法也多种多样。前列腺增生症的治疗方法有药物治疗、手术治疗及其他治疗包括冷冻治疗、微波治疗、射频治疗等。其中前列腺增生的手术治疗为其重要治疗方法。方法有耻骨上经膀胱前列腺增生部切除术,经尿道前列腺激光或电气化术等。2005年1月至2009年12月我院收治前列腺增生症术后排尿困难8例,治愈7例,现报告如下。
Prostate hyperplasia (BPH) is a common and frequently-occurring disease in urology. With the population aging, the incidence in recent years has been reported as high as 35% ~ ([1]). Its treatment is also varied. The treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with drug treatment, surgical treatment and other treatment, including cryotherapy, microwave therapy, radiofrequency therapy. Surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is an important treatment. Methods There are pubic transvesical prostate hyperplasia resection, transurethral laser or electrification of prostate surgery. January 2005 to December 2009 hospitalized patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia dysuria in 8 cases, 7 cases were cured, are as follows.
