将9.5天龄孕鼠脱颈椎处死,无菌操作取出子宫,分离出胚胎,选择体节数3—5的胚胎用于实验。将胚胎随机分为两组,一组为Reicherts膜全部剥离组,一组为Reicherts膜部分剥离组。体外旋转培养48小时。结果表明:Reicherts膜的两种处理方法对胚胎发育差异无显著性。两组胚胎的卵黄囊直径、体长、头长、胚胎干重及各器官形态发育等均无显著性差异。
The 9.5-day-old pregnant rats were sacrificed by cervical dislocation, the uterus was removed aseptically, embryos were isolated, and 3-5 embryos with body segments selected for experiment. The embryos were randomly divided into two groups, one for the Reicherts membrane stripping group, one for the Reicherts membrane partial stripping group. In vitro rotation for 48 hours. The results showed that there was no significant difference in embryo development between the two treatments of Reicherts membrane. There was no significant difference in yolk sac diameter, body length, head length, embryonic dry weight and morphological development of the two groups of embryos.
