将９．５天龄孕鼠脱颈椎处死，无菌操作取出子宫，分离出胚胎，选择体节数３—５的胚胎用于实验。将胚胎随机分为两组，一组为Ｒｅｉｃｈｅｒｔｓ膜全部剥离组，一组为Ｒｅｉｃｈｅｒｔｓ膜部分剥离组。体外旋转培养４８小时。结果表明：Ｒｅｉｃｈｅｒｔｓ膜的两种处理方法对胚胎发育差异无显著性。两组胚胎的卵黄囊直径、体长、头长、胚胎干重及各器官形态发育等均无显著性差异。 The 9.5-day-old pregnant rats were sacrificed by cervical dislocation, the uterus was removed aseptically, embryos were isolated, and 3-5 embryos with body segments selected for experiment. The embryos were randomly divided into two groups, one for the Reicherts membrane stripping group, one for the Reicherts membrane partial stripping group. In vitro rotation for 48 hours. The results showed that there was no significant difference in embryo development between the two treatments of Reicherts membrane. There was no significant difference in yolk sac diameter, body length, head length, embryonic dry weight and morphological development of the two groups of embryos.
