目的了解师范专科学生核心自我评价与心理健康状况的关系,为开展相关咨询干预研究提供依据。方法采用核心自我评价量表(CSES)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对贵州省1689名师范专科学生进行调查。结果男生核心自我评价得分(3.45±0.62)高于女生(3.24±0.60,P<0.01),一年级新生(3.42±0.60)高于二、三年级学生(3.25±0.63,3.31±0.57)(P<0.01);核心自我评价与SCL-90总均分存在负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.01),且对SCL-90总均分回归显著(β=-0.50,P<0.01)。结论师范专科学生核心自我评价与心理健康状况密切相关。
Objective To understand the relationship between the core self-assessment and mental health status of normal college students and to provide the basis for carrying out the relevant consulting intervention research. Methods A total of 1,689 normal college students in Guizhou Province were investigated by CSES and SCL-90. Results The score of core self-assessment of boys (3.45 ± 0.62) was higher than that of girls (3.24 ± 0.60, P <0.01), and the freshmen of first grade (3.42 ± 0.60) were higher than those of sophomores and third graders (3.25 ± 0.63,3.31 ± 0.57) <0.01). There was a negative correlation between core self-assessment and total score of SCL-90 (r = -0.51, P <0.01), and significant difference (p = -0.50, P <0.01) Conclusion The core self-evaluation of teachers in normal universities is closely related to mental health status.
