目的 回顾对 3398例单纯鞍鼻患者整形的效果 ,探讨鼻模植入鼻背软组织的层次及固体硅胶作为隆鼻材料的优点。方法 以 18年来用国产固体硅胶作鼻模 ,为 3398例单纯鞍鼻患者整形 ,对术后 316 0例随访的结果为依据进行探讨。结果 手术效果良好 335 1例 ,—次手术良好 32 83例 ,有 6 8例因鼻模歪斜、过隆 ,经再次手术成功。失败 4 7例 ,主要是排异反应造成。结论 鼻模植入鼻背软组织肌肉腱膜层下方是手术成功的关键 ,固体硅胶作鼻模目前仍然是最佳选择
Objective To review the effect of plastic surgery on 3398 patients with simple saddle nose, and to explore the advantages of nasal mold implantation in nasal dorsal soft tissue and solid silicone as a material for rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 3398 patients with simple saddle nose were treated with homemade solid silicone gel for 18 years. Based on the follow-up results of 316 0 patients, Results The operative effect was good in 335 cases, - 3283 cases of good surgery, 68 cases due to nasal mold skew, over the lung, the success of the reoperation. Failure in 47 cases, mainly caused by rejection. Conclusion Nasal implantation of soft tissue under the nasal dorsal aponeurosis is the key to successful operation. Solid silicone as a nasal mold is still the best choice
