液压悬挂机构是重型运输车辆的主要承载部件。文章对应用最为普遍的铰接单平衡臂式液压悬挂机构进行了运动学和动力学分析,并指出:由于液压悬挂机构的特性为非线性,因此在使用和设计中应根据具体工况考虑车架挠度对机构的影响,对运动的直线性和轮胎受力的均衡性进行优化设计。
