目的探讨肝癌衍生生长因子(HDGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清中的表达及意义。方法选择非小细胞肺癌患者30例为肺癌组,良性肺部疾病患者30例为良性肺病组,健康人30例为对照组。比较各组血清HDGF、VEGF水平,分析肺癌组患者血清HDGF、VEGF水平的相关因素,对肺癌组患者血清HDGF、VEGF水平进行相关性分析。结果良性肺病组血清HDGF水平高于对照组(P<0.01),VEGF水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。肺癌组血清HDGF、VEGF水平高于对照组(P<0.01);HDGF水平低于良性肺病组(P<0.01),VEGF水平高于良性肺病组(P<0.01)。肺癌组血清HDGF、VEGF水平与性别、年龄无统计学相关,与吸烟、病理类型、分化程度、病理分期、淋巴结转移密切相关。肺癌组患者血清HDGF、VEGF水平呈正相关(r=0.33,P<0.01)。结论血清HDGF水平与肺癌分期密切相关,血清VEGF水平、淋巴结状态与肺癌分期密切相关,二者对NSCLC患者病程的判定有一定帮助。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hepatocellular carcinoma-derived growth factor (HDGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Thirty patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as lung cancer group, 30 patients with benign lung disease as benign lung disease group and 30 healthy individuals as control group. The levels of serum HDGF and VEGF in each group were compared. The serum levels of HDGF and VEGF in lung cancer patients were analyzed. Correlation analysis was made between serum HDGF and VEGF levels in patients with lung cancer. Results Serum HDGF levels in patients with benign lung disease were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). VEGF levels were lower in the benign lung disease group than in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of serum HDGF and VEGF in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of HDGF in lung cancer group were lower than those in benign lung disease group (P <0.01). VEGF level was higher than that in benign lung disease group (P <0.01). The levels of serum HDGF and VEGF in lung cancer group were not significantly correlated with sex and age, and were closely related to smoking, pathological type, degree of differentiation, pathological stage and lymph node metastasis. Serum levels of HDGF and VEGF in lung cancer patients were positively correlated (r = 0.33, P <0.01). Conclusions Serum HDGF levels are closely related to the stage of lung cancer. Serum VEGF level and lymph node status are closely related to the stage of lung cancer, both of which may be helpful to determine the course of NSCLC patients.
