一、前言随着全家、7-11等外资便利店的开疆扩土,内资连锁便利企业也更关注自身内功的修炼、提升,对店面形象、门店商品经营指导要求越来越高,尤其更加关注门店陈列的有效管理。可视化陈列可将门店库存商品和陈列商品保持一致,避免商品长期滞压后仓,同时也可指导门店将商品陈列到合适的位置,提高空间利用率,强化终端管控,提升门店形象,加快商品淘汰,进而提升门店销售,有时还可收取供应商特殊陈列费。所以可视化陈列(VCM)也逐渐受到很多企业的关注。
