甲流是一种由病毒感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病,具有致病性高、传染性强等特点,曾在世界范围内多次大流行,困扰人们的日常生活甚至威胁身体健康。伴随着现代药物分离、纯化技术的发展,天然药物的活性成分研究为新药开发带来了第二个春天,也使天然药物抗流感病毒引起越来越多的关注,本综述总结大量研究成果,阐明了利用天然药物进行抗流感病毒研究的可行性与有效性,为进一步开发、利用天然药物提供依据。
A stream is a kind of acute respiratory disease caused by virus infection. It has the characteristics of high pathogenicity and strong contagiousness. It has been repeatedly pandemic in the world, disturbing people’s daily life and even threatening the health of the body. With the development of modern drug separation and purification technology, the study of the active ingredients of natural medicines has brought the second spring for the development of new drugs. At the same time, the natural medicines have drawn more and more attention from the anti-influenza viruses. This review summarizes a large number of research results, The feasibility and effectiveness of using natural medicine for anti-influenza virus research are elucidated, which provides the basis for further development and utilization of natural medicine.
