介绍一种监测使用中管线状况的新技术──“电场的正负符号差法”(FSM)。经试验证明,该技术具有灵敏度高、可靠性强、不需要维修和更换消耗部件、降低检验费用、增强安全等特点。该技术尤其适于海底或埋置管线等不易接近位置,在实际温度和流量条件下对腐蚀情况进行准确地监测,并将信息立即传到海面或地面以便防腐人员及时采取措施。本文对该技术如何保护管线、工作原理和各环节的安装及应用也做了比较详细的介绍。实践证明,FSM的确为使用中管线内部腐蚀、裂纹监测的唯一可靠技术。
Describes a new technique for monitoring the condition of a pipeline in service - the Positive and Negative Sign Difference Method (FSM) of the electric field. The test proved that the technology has high sensitivity, reliability, no need to repair and replace the consumable parts, reduce inspection costs, enhance safety and so on. The technology is especially suitable for difficult to access locations such as seabed or buried pipelines, accurately monitors the corrosion conditions under actual temperature and flow conditions, and immediately transmits the information to the sea or the ground so that the anti-corrosion personnel can take timely measures. This article on how to protect the pipeline technology, the working principle and the various aspects of the installation and application also made a more detailed introduction.
