目的:了解流动孕妇的妇幼保健知识需求情况,为开展相应妇幼保健服务及健康教育工作提供依据。方法:对2013年2~12月平湖市652名接受初次保健的孕早、中期流动孕妇进行问卷调查,了解其妇幼保健知识知晓及需求情况。结果:被调查人员的妇幼保健知识平均得分为(8.00±4.50)分,掌握水平均较差,不同人群间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。妇幼保健知识既往获取渠道以家长朋友经验指导为主,占43.87%。妇幼保健知识需求度总体不高,均低于50.00%。妇幼保健知识希望获取方式前5位的依次为医务人员示范指导(57.36%)、宣传册传单折页(40.34%)、手机短信-妇幼保健核心信息(39.88%)、家长朋友经验指导(28.83%)和孕妇学校(22.70%)。结论:对流动孕妇开展健康教育成为流动人口妇幼保健工作的重中之重,应根据流动孕妇的妇幼保健知识获取途径、知识需求、获取方式开展有针对性的、多样性的健康教育活动,加强对流动孕妇的健康教育和行为干预,提高流动孕妇和儿童健康水平,保障母婴安全。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the maternal and child health knowledge needs of migrant pregnant women, and to provide the basis for the corresponding maternal and child health services and health education. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted between 652 pregnant women receiving early care during the first trimester and the second trimester in Pinghu from 2013 to December 2013 to find out their knowledge and needs of maternal and child health care. Results: The average score of maternal and child health knowledge of the respondents was (8.00 ± 4.50) points, with poor mastery level. There was no significant difference between different groups (P> 0.05). The previous access to MCH knowledge was mainly based on the experience of parents and friends, accounting for 43.87%. The demand for maternal and child health care is generally low, both less than 50.00%. Maternal and Child Health Care Knowledge Desire to obtain the top five were followed by medical staff demonstration guide (57.36%), brochure flyer folding (40.34%), SMS - MCH core information (39.88%), parents experience of guidance (28.83% ) And pregnant school (22.70%). Conclusion: To develop health education for floating pregnant women becomes the most important task of maternal and child health care among floating population. It is necessary to carry out targeted and diversified health education activities according to the way of obtaining maternal and child health knowledge, Health education and behavioral intervention for pregnant women in mobility to improve the health of migrant women and children and ensure the safety of mother and child.
