目的探讨中医止痛饮治疗艾滋病(AIDS)并发带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法自拟止痛饮治疗30例,对照组30例采用西药口服治疗,进行系统的临床观察和分析。结果临床应用自制止痛饮治疗AIDS并发带状疱疹后遗神经痛总有效率93.3%,优于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。结论自制止痛饮能有效治疗AIDS并发带状疱疹后遗神经痛。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Zhitong Yin on the treatment of AIDS complicated with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 30 cases were treated with Zhitongyin and 30 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine. The clinical observation and analysis were carried out systematically. Results Clinical application of homemade Zhitong Yin treatment of AIDS complicated with herpes zoster neuralgia total effective rate 93.3%, better than the control group 83.3% (P <0.05). Conclusion Self-made analgesic can effectively cure AIDS complicated with herpes zoster neuralgia.
