除烹饪时间外,一般烹饪方法的菜谱均可用作微波烹饪。在借鉴时必须注意以下一些事项: 1.缩短时间。微波烹饪所需时间为一般烹饪时间的1/4~1/3。 2.减少水量。新鲜的食物,或需较长时间煨烧的食物,微波烹饪约为一般烹饪所用水量的2/3。 3.减少体积。用微波烹饪肉类或果实型蔬菜时,如土豆、胡萝卜等,应将其切成均匀小块。
