目的讨论EB病毒感染与survivin在鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的相关性。方法 1用原位杂交方法检测57例鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组织中EB病毒的表达;2用免疫组化法En Vision二步法检测57例鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中LMP1和survivin的表达。结果 157例鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中EB病毒、LMP1和survivin阳性率为80.7%(46/57)、56.1%(32/57)和75.4%(43/57);2LMP1的表达与survivin的表达有相关性(P<0.05),而EB病毒与survivin表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤EB病毒感染与survivin无显著相关性。
Objective To discuss the correlation between EBV infection and survivin in nasal type extranodal NK / T cell lymphoma. Method 1 In situ hybridization was used to detect Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) expression in 57 cases of nasal type NK / T cell lymphoma. 2 Envision two-step immunohistochemical method was used to detect 57 cases of nasal extranodal NK / T cell lymphoma Expression of LMP1 and survivin in tumors. Results The positive rates of Epstein-Barr virus, LMP1 and survivin in nasal type NK / T cell lymphoma were 80.7% (46/57), 56.1% (32/57) and 75.4% (43/57) respectively. The expression of 2LMP1 (P <0.05), while there was no significant correlation between the expression of survivin and Epstein-Barr virus (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant correlation between EBV infection and survivin in nasal type extranodal NK / T cell lymphoma.
