电视宫、腹腔镜联合输卵管插管疏通术诊治输卵管近、远端梗阻５３例，其中３５例６８条输卵管经宫、腹腔镜联合应用后复通，通畅率达６６％。电视宫、腹腔镜的联合应用大大提高诊治输卵管梗阻的疗效，对于合并输卵管近、远端梗阻者一次手术即可完成，并且术后持续通畅率达８８．６％。电视宫、腹腔镜联合输卵管插管疏通术为一种新的治疗输卵管近、远端梗阻方法，具有广泛实用价值。

TV Palace, combined application of laparoscopy greatly enhance the efficacy of diagnosis and treatment of tubal obstruction, for tubal proximal and distal obstruction surgery can be completed, and continued patency rate of 88.6%. TV Palace, laparoscopic combined tubal catheter ablation is a new method of treatment of tubal proximal and distal obstruction, has a wide range of practical value.
