泡沫黄夹克防腐保温管线已在各油田原油集输工程上大量应用。但在贮存、运输过程中,由于雨水、潮气从保温管的端面渗入,不但影响保温效果,而且会造成钢管的腐蚀。这是目前泡沫黄夹克防腐保温技术推广中急待解决的问题。按照石油部SYJ18—86《埋地钢质管道硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料防腐保温层技术标准》的要求,防腐保温层的端面必须采取良好的防水密封措施,因此选择优良的密封材料是很重要的。这里试就泡沫黄夹克防腐保温管端面防水密封材料的测试方法进行讨论,并推荐几种有效的防水密封材料。
Foam jacket anti-corrosion pipe insulation has been in the field of crude oil gathering and transportation projects on a large number of applications. However, during storage and transportation, due to the infiltration of rainwater and moisture from the end face of the heat-insulated pipe, the heat-insulating effect will not only be affected but also the corrosion of the steel pipe will be caused. This is the foam jacket anti-corrosion insulation technology to promote the urgent solution to the problem. In accordance with the requirements of SYJ18-86 Technical Specification for Preservative Insulation Layer for Buried Steel Pipes and Rigid Polyurethane Foam, the end face of the anticorrosion and insulation layer must adopt good waterproof sealing measures. Therefore, it is very important to choose good sealing materials. Here to test foam jacket anti-corrosion insulation pipe end waterproof sealing material testing methods are discussed and recommended several effective waterproof sealing material.
