随着近几年教育布局的不断调整,学校空间对社区空间的影响益发明显。本篇论文以甘肃省庆阳市西峰区的重点小学和普通小学为例,对重点小学学校空间对社区空间的直接影响和非重点小学学校空间对社区空间的直接影响进行了分析,指出学校不仅影响社区的人口,同样影响社区的房价,而社区房价的变化则很可能会导致社区之间的阶层分化。教育调整不仅没有能够解决学生教育机会的公平性问题,反而产生了新的更为激烈的竞争,同时也进一步刺激了城镇化。
With the continuous adjustment of the educational layout in recent years, the impact of school space on community space has become more apparent. This paper takes the key primary schools and ordinary primary schools in Xifeng District, Qingyang City, Gansu Province as an example to analyze the direct impact of key primary school space on community space and the direct impact of non-primary primary school space on community space. It is pointed out that schools not only Affect the population of the community, the same impact on housing prices in the community, and changes in housing prices is likely to lead to social stratification between strata. The adjustment of education not only failed to solve the problem of fairness of students’ educational opportunities, but also resulted in new and more intense competition and further stimulated urbanization.
