球团矿是强化高炉炼铁必不可少的优质炉料,但评价球团矿质量的指标很多,目前尚缺乏对球团矿质量综合评价的方法,导致在优化高炉炉料结构时对不同性能球团矿的选择上缺乏科学依据。本文在系统分析宝钢高炉用球团矿的基本物化性能和冶金性能的基础上,通过建立球团矿质量指标分层综合评价模型,对球团矿的质量进行了综合评价,综合评价指数计算结果与宝钢实际生产效果吻合,为高炉筛选入炉球团矿提供了一种科学的方法。
