员工的知识的专业性、实用性直接受到企业培训机制的影响,所以在企业中,员工培训已经成为提升员工综合素质的必修课,各类企业都已经意识到这个问题,并且在积极实行培训政策,希望可以通过培训使企业在激烈的竞争中占据有利地位。但是,按照目前的情况来看,很多企业严重缺乏培训经验,并且空有培训意识,没有具体的培训方法,所以对于员工培训工作的开展非常迟缓,并且效率低下。本文围绕国有企业培训现状进行探讨,并且给出一些合理的优化策略。
