上溪在浙江临安西部,位于北纬30°10′,东经118°57′,海拔在1000公尺左右。在上溪夏播条件下,凡属春性型品种及其杂交组合,基本上都能正常抽穗、结实;凡属冬性型品种及其杂交组合,基本上都不能通过春化阶段。弱冬性品种及其杂交组合的生长情况,表现较为复杂:有的能正常抽穗、结实;有的不能通过春化阶段或光照阶段;有的在同品种或同一组合中仅有个别植株能抽穗、结实,而其余的植株又不能通过春化阶段或光照阶段。凡亲本一方为春性型,另一方为弱冬性型的杂交组合,仅少数例外,其余均能正常抽穗、结实。 15个杂交组合在异地加代中F_2与F_3间几个主要性状的相关系数(r):株高为+0.521~△,穗长为+0.510~△,小穗数为-0.230,每穗粒数为+0.182.抽穗期为+0.106,每株有效穗数为-0.100。(△表示10%的差异显著平准)。
