目的探讨高压氧舱内空气消毒方法。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌培养方法,对空气清菌片和紫外线两种方法消毒高压氧舱内空气,以次氯酸钠消毒液擦拭进行物品消毒,检测高压氧舱内空气消毒的效果。结果空气清菌片熏蒸和紫外线灯照射均作用60 min,用浓度50 g/L的次氯酸钠消毒液擦拭作用10 min,均可使高压氧舱内空气中自然菌降低90%以上。结论两种方法均有效,但空气清菌片适宜于持续动态的预防性消毒。
Objective To investigate the method of air disinfection in hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Methods Natural sedimentation method and bacterial culture method were used to sterilize the air inside the hyperbaric chamber by two kinds of methods, air disinfection tablets and ultraviolet rays. The disinfection was carried out by wiping with sodium hypochlorite disinfectant and the effect of air disinfection in hyperbaric oxygen chamber was tested. Results Both air fumigation and fouling of UV light were applied for 60 min, and the natural bacteria in the air of hyperbaric oxygen chamber could be reduced by more than 90% by wiping with 50 g / L sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for 10 min. Conclusion Both methods are effective, but air cleaning tablets suitable for sustained dynamic preventive disinfection.
