在传统的小学数学教学中,教学往往采用教师为中心、以课本为重、以教学大纲为中心的教学方式,而忽视了学生的课堂主体地位,从而导致学生像羔羊一样被教师牵着鼻子走。这样的教学方式不仅打击了学生学习数学的积极性和主动性,也扼杀了学生思维的个性化发展.因此,在小学数学教学中,教师要摆正自己作为课堂“导师”的地位,在以学生为课堂主体的基础上,引导学生展开高效的数学学习。
