一机部关于加强科学技术工作的决议中指出:“打基础、上水平、攻成套,加强技术服务”,是机械工业本身技术改造的重要内容。“打基础、上水平”也是仪器仪表行业近期科技工作的重点,是争取迅速改变产品落后面貌,以适应“四化”建设需要的重要方针。我所是研制超声检测仪器的专业研究所,几年来,围绕着如何提高整机技术水平的问题,逐步认识到加强基础件的研究是关键,整机性能的提高必须和基础件的攻关联系在一起来抓。
