顺应国内外银行业实行从业人员准入制度的趋势,适应农发行深化内部改革、加强人力资源管理、提高员工素质的要求,为在全行逐步建立以员工竞聘上岗为重点的岗位聘任制度奠定基础,农发行于2007年在全系统实行员工持证上岗资格考试制度,并于11月25日举行了首次信贷专业员工持证上岗资格考试。在近2.8万名考生中,有77人取得了100分的优异成绩。总行党委研究决定,予以通报表扬,为广大员工树立榜样,进一步调动员工的学习积极性,激励广大员工不断提高自身业务和综合素质,为农发行的改革发展做出应有贡献。
