先天性乳牙、恒牙全部缺失伴外胚叶部分发育不全,临床上非常罕见。现报道一例如下。患者刘××,男,7岁,山东省肥城县石横公社中四大队人。1983年3月30日来山东省千佛山医院就诊。患儿智力正常,生长发育稍差,身高103公分,体重22公斤,语言、视力、听力均正常。头发稀疏,细而黄软,似胎毛。眉毛仅见少数细短黄绒毛。鼻樑塌陷,双耳廓下1/3向上稍扭曲。唇和眶上嵴明显向前突起(见照片)。
Congenital deciduous teeth, all permanent loss of ectopic embryos with partial hypoplasia, clinically very rare. A case is reported below. Liu × × patients, male, 7 years old, Shicheng commune in Feicheng County, Shandong Province in the fourth team. March 30, 1983 came to Shandong Province Qianfoshan Hospital. Children with normal intelligence, slightly less growth and development, height 103 cm, weight 22 kg, language, visual acuity, hearing are normal. Sparse hair, thin and yellowish soft, like fetal hair. Only a few eyebrows thin yellow hair. Nasal bridge collapse, slightly lower 1/3 of the pinna slightly twisted. The lip and supraorbital ridge protrude significantly forward (see photo).
