目前高职院校在人才培养中出现学生自主学习和后续岗位自适应能力不足等教学问题,大量企业反馈学生自主学习观念和能力不强,缺乏发展后劲,严重阻碍了创新人才的培养。本文针对以上问题,依托信息化时代的专业信息化技术手段等,突破了传统教育的时间与空间限制,提出“8+8”的信息化教学模式,使得课堂上的互动交流更加丰富多样,学生的自主性得到充分发挥,实现了信息化教学与传统教学的良性衔接。
At present, there are teaching problems such as lack of self-learning ability and self-adaptive ability of follow-up post in higher vocational colleges. Many enterprises give feedback to students about self-learning concept and ability is not strong, lack of development stamina, seriously hindered the cultivation of innovative talents. In view of the above problems, this dissertation breaks through the time and space limitations of traditional education and puts forward the informational teaching mode of “8 + 8 ” based on the specialized information technology and other means in the era of informationization, which makes the interaction in the classroom more rich and diverse , The autonomy of students has been given full play, and the healthy connection between information-based teaching and traditional teaching has been realized.
