2005年5月12-15日,由沧州师专音乐系承担并主持的全国教育科学“十五”规划重点课题“我国北方农村中小学音乐教师培养与高师音乐教育专业教学改革研究”总课题组第三次会议在河北邯郸学院隆重召开。开幕式由课题负责人、总课题组组长、沧州师专音乐系学科带头人郑颜文副教授主持,邯郸学院鲁书月副院长,河北省教育科学规划办李经普主任分别向大会致词;全国教育科学规划办吴健博士、内蒙古师大社会科学学院院长、教授、硕士生导师苏德博士也到会进行指导
From May 12 to May 15, 2005, the general task force of “Research on the Cultivation of Music Teachers and Teaching Reform of Music Education Major in Higher Education” in the “Tenth Five-year Plan” of National Education Science Caught and Hosted by the Music Department of Cangzhou Teachers College The third meeting was held grandly in Handan College of Hebei.
