目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(H.pylori)感染对血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)及其比值PGⅠ/PGⅡ的影响。方法采集丽水市中心医院1 147名体检者的血清,采用免疫比浊法和酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、H.pylori Ig G抗体水平和PGⅠ/PGⅡ值,分析PG水平及其比值PGⅠ/PGⅡ与H.pylori Ig G抗体的关系。结果 349名体检者H.pylori Ig G抗体呈阳性,阳性率为30.43%,H.pylori Ig G抗体阳性组的PGⅡ水平和PGⅠ/PGⅡ比与阴性组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,PGⅡ水平>27μg/L(OR=14.31,95%CI:11.24~18.51)和PGⅠ/PGⅡ值<3(OR=6.34,95%CI:4.57~7.91)是H.pylori感染的危险因素。结论血清PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ值的改变与H.pylori感染有关,H.pylori Ig G抗体阳性者PGⅡ升高、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值降低。
Objective To investigate the effect of H. pylori infection on serum pepsinogen (PG) and its ratio PGⅠ / PGⅡ. Methods The sera of 1 147 subjects in Central Hospital of Lishui City were collected. The levels of serum PGⅠ, PGⅡ, H.pylori Ig G and PGⅠ / PGⅡ were detected by immunoturbidimetric assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of PG and its ratio Relationship between PGⅠ / PGⅡ and H.pylori Ig G Antibodies. Results The positive rate of H.pylori Ig G antibody in 349 subjects was 30.43%. The level of PGⅡ and the ratio of PGⅠ / PGⅡ in H.pylori Ig G positive group were significantly higher than those in negative group (P <0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that the levels of PGⅡ> 27μg / L (OR = 14.31,95% CI: 11.24 ~ 18.51) and PGⅠ / PGⅡ <3 (OR = 6.34,95% CI: 4.57 ~ 7.91) were all H. Risk factors for pylori infection. Conclusion The changes of serum PGⅡ and PGⅠ / PGⅡ levels are related to H.pylori infection. The H. pylori Ig G antibody positive patients have higher PGⅡ and lower PGⅠ / PGⅡ ratio.
