《义务教育语文课程标准》在“教学建议”中首先指出:“充分发挥师生双方在教学中的主动性和创造性。”这就告诉我们:语文教学中教师的主导作用是重要的。学生是学习的主人,教师要能发挥好主导作用。这应该说是当前学校教学的主流。然而,也有不尽如人意的现象。我就见过有些教师在教学中为避主宰课堂之嫌,没有很好地组织和引导学生的学习,在朗读训练中,他们一味地让学生读,很少做必要的范读与指点;在学生自学或小组讨论时,他们站在一旁,成了局外人;在讨论探究某些问题
