做好管理工作最基本的要求是要抓住“3W1H”四要素。即:what(什么)——工作要制订计划,明确目标和任务,明确要做什么事;who(何人)——工作任务确定了,务必要落实由哪一个部门去负责,由哪一个人去抓;when(何时)——要确定工作任务的同时,还必需有工作进度的要求和时限。how(如何)——不仅要明确任务,还要有如何完成这项工作的具体措施。
