四川抗汽蚀涂料协作组在转盘式和水洞式模拟汽蚀发生装置上,对常用的金属材料和非金属化学涂层进行了抗汽蚀性能的对比试验。试验表明:液态聚氨酯涂层具有较优异的抗汽蚀性能,改性尼龙1010涂层效果良好,环氧型涂层较差。近年来,在一些原型轮叶片上涂布了上述三种类型化学涂层,对其抗汽蚀性能进行了电站运行效果的对比试验。试验结果与模拟试验结果是一致的,这三种类型化学涂层抗汽蚀性能的差异与其物质的化学结构密切相关。试验表明:由耐水粘结强度高的底层和抗张强度高、伸长率大,弹性好的面呈层组成的复合型聚氨酯涂层具有较优异的抗汽蚀性能,是一种有发展前途的水力机械抗汽蚀护面材料。
