大学生党建与思想政治教育工作是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,也同时面临着新常态下的现实问题。以育人视角对二者工作目标、工作定位和制度特征进行分析,实现以大学生党建为主导的思想政治教育协同育人机制是可行且必要的。因此,应以目标机制、组织机制、动力机制、保障机制为核心构建大学生党建统合思想政治教育育人模式,有效增强党建和思想政治教育的育人实效。
Party building and ideological and political education among university students are an important part of personnel training in colleges and universities, and meanwhile they also face the practical problems in the new normal. It is feasible and necessary to analyze the work objectives, job orientation and system features of the two from the perspective of educating people, and to realize the synergistic mechanism of ideological and political education based on the party construction of undergraduates. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the mode of integrating ideological and political education with Party building and ideological and political education based on the target mechanism, the organizational mechanism, the motivation mechanism and the safeguard mechanism so as to effectively enhance the effectiveness of the Party building and ideological and political education.
