世界上有各种各样的风,从比喻意义上说,褒的有读书风、勤俭风、互助风、文明风;贬的有后门风、麻将风、乱砍乱伐风。凡事时兴了,干的人多了,也就成为一种风。 风对人类社会有好处,亦有害处。“官风”是诸多风中一种有害之风,它起源于崇权心理、官本位和官僚主义,表现形式各异。 见官称官衔,是一种刮在人们口头上的官风。“书记”、“部长”、“主任”甚至“常委”、“委员”……叫者喋喋,应者嗯嗯。尽管中央早有规定,在党内不应称官衔,应称同志,共产党的官是人民的公仆。但这种风总是刹而不住,长刮不衰。
