采用粘液组织化学、免疫组织化学和AgNORs自动化图像分析方法,对104例胃癌旁粘膜及良性病变粘膜内胃腺囊进行研究,发现胃腺囊内部分细胞可分泌酸性粘液,产生CEA。AgNORs图像分析多项参数值从正常胃粘膜、良性病变胃腺囊、癌旁粘膜异型胃腺囊、腺癌依次递增(P<0.05),癌旁异型胃腺囊与腺癌部分参数值相当接近,差别无显著性意义(P>0.05),表明异型胃腺囊是处于正常粘膜与腺癌之间的过渡状态,可能是一种癌前病变。
Using mucin histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and AgNORs automated image analysis method, 104 cases of gastric mucosa adjacent to mucosa and benign lesions of the gastric gland capsule were studied and found that some cells in the gastric gland secrete acidic mucus and produce CEA.
