教师是持续发展的个体,需要不断地成长。美国心理学家波斯纳在1989年指出:教师成长=经验+反思。语文教师进行反思,首先应该树立反思意识,摆正思想态度,还需要充实自己,完善自己的知识和经历。教师要反思,最直接的方法就是写教学日志,根据学生的学习情况,不断反思,因材施教。同时要打破自我封闭的状态,用积极开放的心态主动地与同事合作。教师反思教学行为还应该多参加教育科学研究,遵循“从实践中来,到实践中去”的原则。
