近年来,光固化复合树脂在临床上已广泛便用。因操作简便,适应证广,节约时间,深受医、患双方的欢迎。自1990～1992年以来,我科采用光固化复合树脂粘结技术,对磨牙龋坏,冠折等造成的牙体大面积缺损进行了修复。共76例,125颗牙,现分析如下。临床资料本组共76例,上后牙58颗,下后牙67颗,年龄16～61岁,经过临床观察和随访修复效果较好,达到了固位和美观的目的。
In recent years, light-cured composite resin has been widely used in clinical practice. Because of simple operation, wide indications, saving time, well received by both doctors and patients welcome. Since 1990 ~ 1992, our department has used light-cured composite resin bonding technology to repair the large-scale dental defects caused by molar decay, crown fracture and so on. A total of 76 cases, 125 teeth, are analyzed as follows. Clinical data of this group of 76 cases, 58 on the posterior teeth, 67 under the posterior teeth, aged 16 to 61 years old, after clinical observation and follow-up repair better, to achieve the purpose of retention and appearance.
