目的:对比分析玻璃纤维桩与石英纤维桩在大面积牙体缺损修复中的疗效。方法:将2009年1月-2010年10月本院收治的大面积牙体缺损患者82例纳入研究,根据桩核修复的方法不同分为两组,A组(41例,53颗患牙)接受玻璃纤维桩修复;B组(41例,48颗患牙)接受石英纤维桩修复,比较两组患者的咬合力及咀嚼功能、龈沟液中炎症因子含量,并随访5年观察核冠脱落、桩核折断、根折等情况。结果:B组患者的咬合力及咀嚼效率与对照组差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);B患者龈沟液中IL-6和IL-8含量略均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),B患者发生桩核松动1例,脱落1例,无折断情况,A组桩核松动2例,脱落1例,桩折断2例,桩核折断比例两组差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩和石英修复大面积牙体缺损,均能够取得理想的修复效果、改善咀嚼功能、减少牙周组织受到的刺激,但石英桩核的抗折性能要略好。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of glass fiber post and quartz fiber post in the restoration of large-scale dental defects. Methods: From January 2009 to October 2010, 82 cases of large-scale dental defects admitted to our hospital were included in the study. According to the different methods of post-core restoration, the patients were divided into two groups. Group A (41 cases, 53 teeth) Group B (41 cases, 48 teeth) were treated with quartz fiber post repair. The occlusal force and chewing function were compared between two groups. The content of inflammatory cytokines in gingival crevicular fluid was compared. , Broken pile core, root fracture and so on. Results: There was no significant difference in bite force and masticatory efficiency between the two groups (p> 0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in GCF were slightly lower than those in the control group (P> 0.05). There was 1 case of postoperative loose stump in B, 1 case of exfoliation, no breakage, 2 cases of loose stump in Group A, 1 case of exfoliation, 2 cases of broken stump, Statistical significance (p <0.05). CONCLUSION: Both fiberglass piles and quartz are good for repairing large area of dental defects, which can achieve the ideal repair effect, improve the masticatory function and reduce the irritation of periodontal tissue. However, the bending strength of the quartz core is slightly better.
